Washing your homes siding is a great way to increase the curb appeal and value of your home. John Aust, president of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers was quoted saying "a good first appearance on a home can add as much as 5 to 10 percent to the value of the home."
Contaminants can rot and decay the building materials that make up your home so keeping your homes exterior clean can also save you money by cutting down on the costs of repairs, renovations, and replacements. Your home and property is probably your largest investment so the time, effort, or cost of keeping its exterior maintained is well worth it. |

Yes it is, I agree.
Not only does it increase the value dramatically but it puts more money in the pocket of the home owner by stopping the damaging effects of dirt, mold, and mildew.
In my opinion, exterior cleaning is one of the best and most cost effective home improvements that can be made. |
