Those living in close proximity to a major road, highway, airport or factory can have a problem with exhaust emission pollutants collecting on their home's exterior. It appears as a gray or black dust, which can build over time dulling your home's luster.
The good news is these pollutants can be removed by a professional exterior cleaning company to restore your home’s appearance. If your siding is suffering from this cloud of doom you might consider having it cleaned every couple of years, as a regular maintenance program to help maintain its value. |

| I have this buildup every year however my home is made of the very old style asbestos based siding. The surface is painted with a latex exterior. I was told never to scrape or use anything that could remove the asbestos so every year I use a broom and cleaner. I am getting old and this is hard, is powerwashing going to strip off the paint and asbestos? |

| A low pressure wash with the right chemicals would clean the surface without harming it or stripping the paint off. |
