I clicked them all but it would not let me so I opted for Roof Cleaning simply for the heights. I think for BEST results you should use a pro for all  |

Gee, I can't decide. Because we all KNOW what it REALLY involves to do these things correctly, I think all of them should be done by a PRO. At best cleaning the concrete can be "winged" by a DIY. The rest should step away from the bleach.
But I did vote Wood. |

| The concrete cleaning is probably the easiest I agree. But it can also be very time consuming with just a little washer and wand. A big driveway could take someone a week to clean and it will have uneven marks all over it. I found this out the hard way and since bought a concrete scrubber. |

| I think roof cleaning is the most important. Very few people are aware of the dangers of roof cleaning, and I'm not talking about a 10ft fall off the building, I'm talking things like rotting the roof with too much water, causing a leak to get into the electricity, and knocking tiles loose and not being able to put them back properly. |
