Pressure washing rates is a topic that gets a lot of lip service. Whether it's a new contractor figuring out how much to charge for a particular service or a homeowner interested in getting services there is a bit of a gray area in knowing what to charge and what is a fair price to pay.
As with any home improvement project a good rule to remember is that the cheapest company is definitely not always the best choice. Obviously we are all tempted by low pressure washing rates because it’s easier to stay within a budget but unfortunately contractors charging too low of rates have to take shortcuts in order to turn a profit. On the other hand you do not want to end up getting overcharged for an anything but perfect service. When it comes to taking care of your properties exterior most people do not mind paying a higher pressure washing rate as long as it’s a great value. Most considered a great value not only high quality work but excellent customer service and professional results. Do some research by asking your neighbors who they use or by searching the Internet to find that company that gives you the best possible value. |

| Nice information and thanks for sharing with us. There are also many variables that come into play such as competition, market demand, and whether you are doing residential or commercial work. First you need to figure an hourly rate for your services that will suit your business, and the number of billable hours each week, month and year you need to keep your business afloat. |

| I agree. In order to be successful and stay in business you must first calculate your costs of doing business and determine an hourly rate based upon how many hours per year you can actually work (due to the weather and holidays etc.). |
