This is a roof wash in NJ from earlier this week. Our low pressure soft wash removed all the algae leaving this old roof looking like new

That is a great roof washing in NJ picture Jim. Very nice work. Looks like you have the New Jersey area taken care of as far as roof cleaning services. I know around here people are still a little uneducated about roof algae and shingle cleaning and how safe and effective it actually is. I still occasionally see roofs being replaced just from their appearance. If they only know about professional roof washing and how much money it could have saved them. Nice work though, and good job on providing a black roof algae solution for that homeowner.

Thanks Barry. Like you said, the biggest hurdle is educating the home owner about safely removing the black streaks, black stains, lichen and moss while only using low pressure soft washing techniques.

As you know, soft washing is also the preferred method for cleaning vinyl, stucco, dryvit, EIFS and aluminum siding. The soft wash method is safe for all surfaces and that is why we use it

I agree! I bet that homeowner was very pleased after that shingle cleaning service. Roof cleaning takes experience and knowledge for sure. It can be dangerous anytime you're up on the roof and using ladders. I've had homeowners tell me that it is nice to know someone is willing to go up there and offer a solution. Hey, I guess there needs to be professional roof cleaning contractors like you and I Jim that can get the job done right without harming the roof.

Again, great work and love the pictures!
