Pool chlorine is twice the strength. Much better for downstreaming as it keeps your strength at the right level to be effective. |

Really any good house wash cleaner will also work well mixed with bleach on concrete. Not sure how much jomax is but I'm sure you can find a soap specifically designed for the pressure washing industry that would be more cost effective and do a better job.
