| Can a pressure washer be rigged up to expel large amounts of air? Don't ask what I'm planning (okay, I have a serious dust problem in unreachable places), but since I have a spare washer that I was gonna throw out, I was wondering if it could be modified to fire air at high pressure. |

| No. With no water being feed to the pump it does not blow air and within a few minutes you will burn up the pump. Try using an air compressor with a small triggered tip, it works great. |

Guess I'll be slapping down some spare change for one then. Thanks for the response. Looks like I'll have to find another creative use for the other one.
I'm the kind of person who looks at something I don't use and think "What would happen I did this..." |

| Pretty neat thought, maybe you could use a vacuume instead? Rather then blow out suck in, try something like a cammy cloth over the end to wipe in an even amount perhaps? Just a thought, I get alot of dust in the front of my house and use the shop vac |
