It's almost spring and a great time to start thinking about spring time cleaning. It's always enjoyable the first time it's nice enough outside that you can open some windows and smell the fresh spring air.
This is the perfect time to think about having your home's exterior cleaned before the mulching crew shows up to spruce up the landscaping. House cleaning services from a quality professional house cleaning company can be a great way to increase curb appeal, boost your home's value, and stop the damaging effects of mold and mildew.
Remember your home is your largest investment and keeping it clean inside and out is essential in maintaining its value. |

Another great time to think about having your home's exterior cleaned
is, late summer or early fall.
I say this for those in the South. With our pollen season and hurricane
season, getting your home cleaned at this time, has it ready for the
holiday season, when friends and family visit from up North who need to
get away from the wintery conditions.
So, don't let the holidays creep up on you without contacting a professional house cleaning company. |

| Fall is a good time, lots of people get their house washed in the fall after the leaves come down. Freezing is not an issue, if it is warm enough to wash the house in the first place, it would dry before the temperature dropped to below freezing. Even if it did freeze, it wouldn't be any different than freezing rain and ice, it won't hurt the house. |

| So you're saying that if I were to get the house power washed later in the fall there wouldn't be any damage to the home if it wasn't completely dried? I guess my house does get rained on and there is a possibility that it could freeze after the rain....is there an ideal time for it though? |

| Just after the leaves fall but before it starts to get real cold is a good time. Of course springtime is also a popular time to get the house cleaned. |
