| I stained my pine blockade fence with a combination sealer and water repellant mainly to deter insects like ants. That was a few years ago, although the fence looks bright and well maintained should I reapply now? will powerwashing be sufficient or do I have to sand? |

| You should always follow the recommendation on the label of the sealer but a wash with the proper cleaner and then a reapplication is normally suggested. |

How long do you think it would take to dry if I try to power wash the fece, or even for my porch. I want to prime and do some painting but it has to be dry. 2 or 3 days maybe? or would it be more?
